Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the sabudana/sago/Tapioca in just one inch above the sago for an hour. The sago Pearls become soft.
* Step 2
Mix rest the ingredients mentioned above except the cooking oil.
* Step 3
Bind the sago Pearls with other ingredients and make Vada as per choice.
* Step 4
Heat oil in pan. Fry the sago vadas on medium flame till they are crispy both the sides. Serve with curd/Vrat chutney.
