Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a deep pan melt the ghee and lightly roast the already roasted vermicelli on low flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 2

Add the milk, sugar and salt and saffron strands. Bring to boil and mix intermittently.

* Step 3

When the milk reduces to half, add condensed milk fried cashews and half of chopped almonds.

* Step 4

Then add condensed milk, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder, mix well. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

* Step 5

The vermicelli rabdi is ready. Cool down, garnish with rest chopped almonds and rose petals and serve.
