Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee on a pan. Add grated lauki and fry on medium flame with adding a pinch of salt.
* Step 2
Then add sugar and black pepper powder. Mix well and saute for two minutes. Crush saffron and mix with coconut milk.
* Step 3
Now add coconut milk and condensed milk. Mix well and cook till the halwa thickens.
* Step 4
Now mix cardamom powder well with the lauki halwa. Garnish with chopped almoda, chocolate sprinkle and serve hot or cold.
