Paneer Vegetable Biryani with Saffron Milk

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add cumin seed and allow to sizzle
* Step 3
Add whole garam masala and saute till it is aromatic.
* Step 4
Add chopped onion and saute till translucent. Add chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic.
* Step 5
Mix the veggies and saute for 2 minutes till they are half soft. Add fried paneer, salt and turmeric and mix well.
* Step 6
Then, add curd on lower the flame and mix properly with veggies.
* Step 7
Add biryani masala, cooked rice and saffron dipped milk. Mix nicely with cooked rice. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 8
The super delicious paneer, veggies biryani is ready to serve. Serve with curd raita.
