Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak rahari dal for 4 hours. Take the soaked dal, garlic, and dry chili in a grinder jar and grind coarsely with a little water. Keep covered and set aside for an hour to ferment.
* Step 2
Heat the oil for deep frying. Add the rest of the ingredients to dal paste, mix well.
* Step 3
Make dal vadas and deep fry both sides on low to medium heat.
* Step 4
The hot and delicious dal vadas are ready to serve with sauce and salad.
