Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, scrap the skins of turai and chop.
Chop the boiled potato also.
* Step 2
Soak the poppy seeds in little water, add 2 chopped chillies and grind to smooth paste.
* Step 3
Heat oil and allow to splutter cumin seeds. Add chopped onion and bay leaf. Fry till onions are translucent.
* Step 4
Mix the posto paste and saute till oil separate (on low flame)
* Step 5
Add chopped turai, salt and turmeric and cook on high flame as turai has high water content. Add potato, mix well with turai and cook till get a dry curry with beautiful fragrance of Posto. Add the ghee as it doubles the taste.The delicious Jahni/Jhinga/Turai Potato Posto dry curry is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped green chillies
