Banana Flowers and Masoor Dal Vada

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the masoor dal to clean up and in enough water soak for 2 hours.
* Step 2
Make the paste of masoor dal in grinder with garlic cloves and green chillies.
* Step 3
Add the dry masala like cumin seeds, carom seeds, pav-bhaji masala, turmeric powder and salt.
* Step 4
Soak the banana flowers in 1/4 cup curd and 2 to 3 cups of water for 10 minutes.(mentioned in earlier banana chips recipe). Drain the water and curd mixture. Chop the flowers.
* Step 5
Mix chopped banana flowers and onions with masoor dal paste and masals.
* Step 6
Make the banana dal vadas and deep fry in medium flame till golden brown and crispy.
* Step 7
Serve the hot and mouthwatering banana flowers Vadas with chutney, fried green chillies and enjoy.
