Cornflour Cookies

#WBD The cookies are made with cornflour ,yellow in colour and finely ground. Oil and milk are used. The cookies are delicious, crunchy with a distinct aroma of corn. These cookies go well with afternoon tea.

Ingredient

1 cup

cornflour

1/3 cup

wheatflour

1/2 cup

olive oil

3 tbsp

milk

1 tbsp

curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the olive oil and powder sugar. Then add cardamom powder and baking powder, curd and mix well.

* Step 2

Then, add the cornflour and wheatflour to the mixing bowl. To make the dough add the milk. Knead to a soft dough.

* Step 3

Now make balls out of dough, bind them and press on the palm to give shape of cookies.

* Step 4

Oil the butter paper and keep in lower rack. Place the cookies with some distance between them, as they will rise.

* Step 5

Pre-heat Microwave oven in 180℃. Keep the rack and bake till the cookies leaves aroma and light brown in colour. Cool and keep in an air-tight container. Thanks
