Coconut kofta Curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients of coconut kofta very well (except frying oil). Keep the dough covered in the refrigerator for 30 min or more.

Bring out and make kofta as you like. I made 13 balls of koftas.

Heat refined oil in a deep kadai. Slow down to medium heat and fry the koftas from all sides till golden brown.

In the same kadai add oil if needed, fry the chopped onion. To it add salt required. Fry till soft. Now mix turmeric and red chilli powder. A beautiful colour will come.

Add chopped tomatoes and minced ginger-garlic. Cook till oil separated

* Step 6

Add 1 tbsp of water and rest other dried powder masala. Cook till the water dried up.

* Step 7

Now make the gravy as per your choice by adding water. Let the gravy boil and the add koftas. Cook for 1 min and garnish with crushed kasoori methi.
