8 hrs 15 mins (prep to cuppa)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the measured chia seeds with the lukewarm milk & honey & put the lid on & refrigerate it overnight to bloom perfectly
* Step 2
Next morning: Add in the same to the blender jar by adding a pinch of salt & the freshly cut fruits in it & blend it to a smooth thick mixture
* Step 3
Pour it out into the Glass/Jar- From which it need be sipped...Garnish- with the aforementioned fruits or ingredients if your own choice
* Step 4
Kick-Start your day afresh with tons of good health & freshness & nutrients inherent into the same...💁🏻♀️👍🏻
