Choco-Chia & Fruits Mousse
The super delectable and healthiest way to start my day with, at least 2-3 times in a week !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Chia Seeds in a air tight bow- In the measured milk, cocoa powder & honey, overnight- put a tight lid to the bowl, refrigerate
* Step 2
Next day, in a blender jar: Add in the soaked & bloomed mixture into it... Add in the brown sugar, cut fresh fruits aforementioned & 2 tbsps of fresh milk again (if required), to adjust the consistency of it
* Step 3
Give it all a really good mix with a balloon whisker or even a spoon...Until well combined, all...
* Step 4
Blend it all to a smooth mix & pour it out into the serving glass or bowl- Garnish with the fruits, nuts of your choice & sprinkle some raw chia seeds to top it all (that’s how, I myself like to have it)
* Step 5
ENJOY REFRESH & REBOOT YOURSELF TO START WITH A NEW DAY
