Jaggery Caramelised Fox-nuts/Gud Makhana
This is a super easy Fox-Nuts recipe to binge upon for anytime & everytime binges, perhaps
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a frying pan: Add in the measured ghee & the jaggery- let it melt down/dissolve completely until sticky enough
* Step 2
Now, add in the measured Makhana to it & gently yet quickly mix it well together until nicely combined with the mixture
* Step 3
Add in the sesame seeds to it for even more exquisite taste & richness in its looks & crispiness
* Step 4
Spread it out on the parchment paper laid on a plate/tray & spread out evenly as much as is possible- Once it’s cooled down, it’d be easier to separate them & store it in an airtight container
* Step 5
It’s shelf life even over a month in an airtight jar but one simply can’t resist having it on & off & finish it all just in a few days time...let alone a month 😋💁🏻♀️
