Chilli Mushrooms Restaurant Style
This is my just one of the favourites & I simply love to have it this way than in any other many a few ways it can be made.
This one’s simply.OUTSTANDING !
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, post washing the mushrooms- Add into it about 3-4 tbsps of water & mix well & then, add in the maida & cornflour to it & mix well until, its coated evenly on each one of them
* Step 2
Whisk in an egg with some salt & black peppers until frothy & mix it well alongwith the mushrooms to get properly coated with
* Step 3
Now, in a frying pan: Add in the oil over the medium-high flame & fry the mushrooms until golden brown & once done- Take them out on a kitchen towel & set aside
* Step 4
Now, in the same pan & oil: Over the medium heat- Add in the sliced onions with some salt & green chillies and sauté until translucent & releases nice aroma
* Step 5
At this point: Add in the Bell peppers, chopped garlic & ginger & sauté again for a minute or so- until the veggies are well cooked
* Step 6
Now, add in the dark soy sauce, freshly crushed black peppers, chilli sauce & rest all other ingredients aforementioned except the cornflour slurry
* Step 7
Mix everything well together until nicely combined- Add in the spring onions (greens), add in some water & give it a really good mix to be well incorporated
* Step 8
Reduce the flame to low-medium & cover the lid of the pan & cook it for another 5-6 mins time, stirring occasionally in between
* Step 9
Once done: Open the lid- Add in the cornflour-water slurry & mix nicely...Also, add in a tsp of White/Apple Cider Vinegar to it & give it a final good mix- everything, altogether & turn off the flame
* Step 10
Allow it to sit on the oven for about 10 mins time, on the standby position before serserving piping hot with the hot noodles, fried rice or similar
