Egg Muffins & Paddu/Appams
Nothing much can be spoken about this until one does it experience the heavenly bliss inside one’s mouth- with enough exploration of the tongue, teeth & your dearly taste buds

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & veggies & spices altogether & the eggs as well & whisk everything well together until frothy
* Step 2
Then, in a small muffins tray (well greased, beforehand): Pour in the same batter/eggs mixture & bake it at 180C for about 7-8 mins time (variable in different ovens)
* Step 3
Again, pour in the same mixture in the Appam Patra- well greased before with some oil or butter & then cook it by covering the lid over the slow flame for about 2-3 mins each side & then, dish out
* Step 4
Serve it hot with your choicest dips & Enjoy
