#andaykafunda ye wo dish hai jiska nam sun ke hi lagta hai ke sub ultay pultay hojayenge kha ke hahaha but bht mazedar si ban jati hai.ami ke hath ke khaye but after shadi mje mere father in law ne kaha ke bana ke khilao(Allah unka agla jahan acha karein ameen) to tab mene besan se banaye aur bht ache banay..but mene dia apni desi dish ko twist aur me banati hon ab Anday aur besan ke sath and ye us se b ziada ache aur maze ke bante hain so try karen aur enjoy karen.

Cooking instructions

Subse phele gravy paste ke ingre ko blend kar ke paste bana lein.

Ab ek pot me 3 tbsp oil dalien aur paste dal ke bhone.ab saray spices add karen aur bhone.

Jab ache se bhon jaye to pani add karen jitni apko gravy rakhni hai aur cover kar ke halki anch pe 15 min cook hone dein.

Ab ek bowl me eggs aur baki ke sub ingre mila ke altay paltay ka mixture ready kar lein.lump free.

Taway pe oil dalien aur pancake ki tarah thora mixture spread kar dein anch halki rakhen.jab ek side ache se cook ho to side change karen aur 2 min cook karne ke baad bht aram se fold karen.

Ab pieces me cut kar lein aur gravy me add kar dein.5 min dum lagayen aur mazedar se anday ke altay paltay roti ke sath serve karen.
