Whole wheat Avocado roti (tortilla)
A healthy twist to our regular diet
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour avacado & salt well to form a dough. Add lil water if needed until u get the dough to the right consistency.
* Step 2
Add 3-4 drops of cooking oil & leave it for 10-15 mins covered.
* Step 3
Take a lemon size dough & start rolling it flat dusting with flour so it doesn’t stick to the board.
* Step 4
This is how it looks After rolling

Heat the pan & cook the roti on both sides well with 1/2 tsp of oil spreading on it.
* Step 6
Enjoy with your fav curry or vegetable side gravy.
