Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take mortar & pestle crush the roasted cumin.
* Step 2
Take a kneading plate add flour, Crushed cumin, salt, oil.
* Step 3
Mix it all well. Now add water and knead stiff dough. Add oil
* Step 4
Knead the dough again. Make equal parts. Make balls. Take the rolling pin and roll the Bhakhari
* Step 5
Now put tava/ griddle on Medium flame. Place the roll Bhakhari on hot tava. Flip the Bhakhari as once side is Cooked. Apply oil.
* Step 6
Flip it and apply oil again. Roast the Bhakhari from both the sides.
* Step 7
Make all Bhakhari and can serve in breakfast with tea or milk
