Get all ingredients ready. Crush ginger, Tulsi, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon with the help of mortar and pestle.

Now take a pan on medium flame pour water, crushed ginger mix. Add sugar and turmeric powder.

Let it boil till water get half add milk mix it properly. And let it boil till milk get half it definitely take some time.

Now strain in the cup and serve hot.
