Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel the mango. Make diced. Take it in mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Add salt, pickle masala, asafoetida to diced mango.
* Step 3
Now in small pan add oil put on low flame and make it hot. Pour on the masala. It will sizzled for a min.
* Step 4
Now mix it well. Close the lid and keep a side for 2-3 hrs. Pickle is ready to eat and serve as a sider.
