Potato-Spinach Sabzi

#icookathome #quarantinelife #post6 I made this sabzi with very less ingredients. This sabzi is from blanch stored Palak ( Spinach). If we blanch the spinach and drain out all water from it and cling wrap it and put it in freezer it stays for 2 weeks. I used the same and made this.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take out the blanch spinach from the freezer. Leave it outside for 1 hrs. Boil the Potatoes. Chop potatoes in diced.

* Step 2

Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste, saute it for a min.

* Step 3

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and diced Potatoes. Saute it for a min.

* Step 4

Add salt and sabji masala. Mix it. Now add blanch spinach. Mix it all well and let it cook for 5 mins so if some water remains also can evaporate. The sabji is ready to serve.
