Ingredient

11/2 cup

Wheat Flour

3/4 cup

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan. Add ghee. On medium flame.

Once ghee is hot add wheat flour. Mix it well.

Continuously stir it and roast the flour till it gets golden as we want the Sukhadi danedaar (crumbled one)

Now off the flame. Add grated Jaggery. Mix it well no lumps should be there.

Grease the tray with ghee. Pour the batter on the greased tray.

Flatten it with the help of spatula.

Now sprinkle add sliced dryfruits on it and press it with spatula again.

With the help of knife put the cuts when it hot.

Keep it to cool down. Once it is cool take out the pieces as we cut it.Serve it.
