Gajar ka Halwa

Gajar ka Halwa

Winter's special sweet dish.

Ingredient

500 ml

milk

150 gms

sugar

1-2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a deep pan on low flame. Add ghee and grated carrots. Saute it for 1 /2 min.

* Step 2

Add milk to the pan and mix it well.

Now with the help of spatula keep stirring till all milk get absorbed

* Step 4

All milk gets absorbec add sugar to it and mix it well. Now take care it should not stick to pan. If non stick pan is used not to worry.

* Step 5

Once all the sugar dissolves and it starts realeasing little ghee. Off the flame add cardamom powder and chopped mixed dry fruits.
