Cheese Fingers (Snacks)

This fingers are loved by kids.And it is very easy to prepare and very delicious.

Ingredient

1 cup

Maida

3/4 cup

Wheat flour

1/4 cup

Semolina

2-3 tsp

oil

To taste

Salt

For Deep frying

Oil

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl add all the flours, cheese, Masalas And oil.Mix it well and little little water and make tight dough. Keep aside for 30 mins.

After resting the dough add 1 tsp of oil and make the Dough smooth. Make equal parts of it.

* Step 3

Now take a rolling pin. Roll it like big roti. It should not be too thin or too thick. Keep for a dry on cloth for 30 mins.

Now take a deep pan add oil and keep on medium flame. Now once the oil gets hot. Take a rolling board put one rolled sheet cut it into fingers with the help of pizza cutter as shown in photo.

* Step 5

After cutting add them into hot oil. Fry it till it get pink in colour. Do this cutting process one after one

Once all deep frying done,sprinkle the special masala on it which gives superb taste and little spicyness too. Kids loved to take it in their tiffin as well.
