Farsi Poori

This Poori is a snack, rich in flavor and yummy in taste....

Ingredient

2 cup

maida

1/2 cup

semolina

4-5 tsp

ghee

1/2 teaspoon

crushed black pepper

1/2 teaspoon

crushed cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

crushed carom seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl add all flours, all masala, salt and ghee. Mix it well like crumbles.

* Step 2

Now add little little water and make tight dough. Keep it for 15 min.

* Step 3

After 15 min. Add 1tsp oil and make the dough smooth. Now make small balls out of the Dough.

* Step 4

Take the rolling pin. Roll one by one poori and keep it for a dry on cloth.

* Step 5

Take a deep pan. Put oil on medium heat. Fry all pooris. Served with hot tea or coffee
