Rasewale Aloo without onion and garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the potatoes, Peelit and cut into square. Same with tomatoes.

* Step 2

Nake take a cooker pan on high flame. Add oil, mustard seeds. When it get crackled add hing, green chillies, curry leaves. Saute it and add turmeric powder.

* Step 3

Now add washed potatoes. Mixed it well. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, sabji masala, salt, sugar. Mix it well.

* Step 4

Now add 1-2 cup of water to it, close the lid of the cooker. On ful flame for 2 whistle.

* Step 5

After whistle is done off the flame. Wait for 10 min. Now open the lid smash 4-5 piece of patotoes. Add coriander mix it well and serve hot with puri, chapati
