Rice Flour Chakri
Very crispy n crunchy from outside n soft from inside.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take a bowl add lemon juice and sugar. Mix it well. Add soda.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients n add little little water.
* Step 5
Take Chakri maker, grease it, fill the dough n make Chakri on flat surface. I used kitchen platform.
* Step 6
Now take a deep pan add oil for frying n put it on low flame. With the help of flat spatula take Chakri from the flat surface n drop them in hot oil.
* Step 7
Fry them till it get pinkish on low flame.
* Step 8
Note:
1) If u want Chakri should be soft than use soda.. other wise no need. Get crispy n crunchy Chakri.
* Step 9
Note:
2) Can use curd also it should be sour (khatta). Than use less ghee/ cream n don't use lemon.
