3-4 normal bread slices

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toast bread and after that use the half garlic clove and rub it on the bread while it is still warm.
* Step 2
Fine chop tomato. Mix it with both halves of garlic clove (fine chopped/crushed), chopped basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 3
Spread the topping on the toasted bread and serve.
