Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice and Dal for atleast 5 to 6 hours. For best results soak overnight.
* Step 2
Now remove excess water and grind it into smooth batter.
* Step 3
Take out in the pan. Batter should not be thick or running. Now add haldi, hing, coriander leaves, salt green chillies and mix well.
* Step 4
Keep oil for frying. When oil is hot put the batter with spoon. Let it fry. Once it puffs up turn the side and keep the flame low. When it is golden brown remove it on tissue paper.
* Step 5
Make all the Ducks in same manner.
* Step 6
Serve it hot with Aloo sabzi or green chutney.
