Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil Chana. Wash and soak Rice.
* Step 2
Take a cooker. Add oil or ghee ur choice. When hot add Jeera, Bay leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Elachi and let it crackle.
* Step 3
Now Add Sliced onions and saute till transculent. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for about 2 3 mins.
* Step 4
Now add tomatoes and mix well. Saute for till oil gets separated from masalas.
* Step 5
In between add all masalas like haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder.
* Step 6
Now put chole into it. And mix it. Add rice and again saute it well.
* Step 7
Add water to it. And close the lid and give 2 whistles. Allow it to cool.
* Step 8
Serve it hot with some raita and papad.
