For 10 puris
1/4 teaspoon

carom seeds

1/2 teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon

Coriander powder

2 teaspoon

oil

to taste

Salt

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take Parat. Take Bajra Atta and Wheat Atta.

Now add all masalas.

Mix well.

Knead the tight dough. Let it rest for 15 mins.

Heat oil for frying. Make small balls of dough.

Roll the puris.

When oil is hot put to fry.

Make all puris same way.

Serve them with either tea or sabzi of ur choice.
