Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potato slices and add to water and salt
* Step 2
Drain water and create mixture of turmeric, hing, salt, ajwain, masala, soda or baking powder, dalicha peeth/besan. Mix well.
* Step 3
Add some water to manage viscosity if deep frying. Skip if using air fryer.
* Step 5
Dip slice in besan mixture and fry.
* Step 6
Serve on tissue paper to soak excess oil
