onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice tomato, cucumber, preserved lemon, and onion.

* Step 2

Mix well with olive oil, pepper and salt.

* Step 3

Toast sliced bread and spread olive oil on them.

* Step 4

Place the mixed vegetables on the bread, enjoy!
