Garden peas and basil pesto
This is ideal for pasta or salads.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour boiling water over fresh garden peas and leave for 3-5 minutes. Drain garden peas and let it cool down.
* Step 2
Cut the root of the garlic clove. Place it into the microwave. Heat for 10 seconds. Peel of skin.
* Step 3
Blend the peeled garlic clove, garden peas, fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese, cashews, lemon juice, canola oil and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
