Summer salad

This is a recipe my mom taught me to me make. I really love it. It is ideal for the #festive season

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings
80 g

lettuce

1 stalk

celery

125 ml

mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the eggs. Boil for 10-12 minutes (hard boiled eggs). Remove from pot and add to cold water.

* Step 2

Fry bacon in pan until crispy. Let it cool.

* Step 3

Wash lettuce and break into small pieces. Slice the celery into thin slices. Layer the lettuce and celery in a glass serving dish.

Slice the eggs into slices. Layer ontop of the lettuce.

* Step 5

Drain sweetcorn and layer ontop of eggs.

* Step 6

Spread a layer of mayonnaise ontop of corn.

* Step 7

Grate cheese. Layer cheese ontop of mayonnaise.

Sprinkle diced bacon ontop of cheese.
