I love melkkos. It is so simple to make and can even be made in the microwave. #microwavechallenge
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a microwavable bowl add the milk and microwave for 10 minutes. Be careful as it can boil over.
* Step 2
In another bowl add flour and salt. Add butter and rub into flour with fingertips until it resembles bread crumbs.
* Step 3
With a wire whisk, mix flour into milk until it is lumpy.
* Step 4
Microwave for 4 minutes or until cooked. It should be creamy. If it isn't creamy enough for you can add a bit of milk
* Step 5
Serve with cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy it hot!
