Everyday dish and one of my favourite. The smell of garlic and texture of green beans are sooo good.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

10 min
1 clove

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water with salt, and add the green beans. Do NOT cook too much, as it soften the green bean too much, and ruin the texture. Approximately 2 min.

Chop off the tips of green beans, and cut into half. (optional)

* Step 3

Sauteed and season to taste. Enjoy the bit of crispyness of green bean and garlic flavour.
