Fig is in season and one of my favourite to enjoy it's sweetness with saltiness and fat of Parma ham, prosciutto di parma. A very popular and common taste of the season

* Step 1
Peel ripen figs and cut into 6 pieces
* Step 2
Just place parma ham and cut fig on top. Add some nuts to make it even richier, too.
