A friend of mine asked how to cook Japanese rice, a short grain, using Instant Pot, so here you go!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the rice, not too much
* Step 2
Put into pot of Instant Pot, covered with 1 cup of water.
* Step 3
Use 'Pressure Cook', High pressure, and set 3 min.
* Step 4
Leave it until the pressure naturally released, and that's it!
