🐟 Grilled collar of yellowtail - Buri-kama Shio-yaki Japanese style

One of popular Japanese Izakaya menu is 'Shio Yaki', salted grill of many parts of fishes. Name of the fish varies depend on where Japanese amberjack, yellowtail, Hamachi, Buri in Japanese.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Before cooking, put some salt on both side and leave for 20-30 min, if possible. Not neccessary, if you don't time, but this process could take out some smells, water out from the meat. Then, wipe out the salt using cooking paper.

* Step 2

Salt again, and put into oven, heated 200-220, and roughly 15min, which depends on size of fish and oven.
