☆Easy☆ Lunch Pasta, while mum is out

#lunchideas Weekend lunch is my turn. Fresh kale from morning market in Clifton. Everything else are stock from fridge. Children love it and super easy, 20 minutes, and eat fresh veges. #pasta #basics

Ingredient

1 piece

garlic

6 slices

bacon

3 bunches

kale

300 g

spaghetti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sliced onion, slow cook for 10-15min, as slow as postible to make it sweater

Add Kale leaves only, after onion looks good, soft. Mashed and diced garlic add here.

* Step 3

Then, add bacon at last. Some pasta boiling water add to flavor and texture.

* Step 4

Pasta, if spaghetti, I prefer a min earlier to make it's texture rignt.

* Step 5

Mixed with pasta and Parmigiano Reggiano at the end

Key is onion, olive oil, pasta texture. Fresh greens, such as Kale, but whatever, nothing special. If without children, definetly add chilli!!!
