Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toast the cumin and celery seed over medium high heat
* Step 2
Add the Ground Beef and brown and crumble down over high heat, till it's juicy. Add the onions and garlic and let get translucent and fragrant in the beef fat.
* Step 3
Add the chili powder and bloom in the beef and fat.
* Step 4
Add the beans, including the aqua fava. A can of Beer. And the stewed tomatoes. Stirring, always.
* Step 5
Add the whole can of tomato juice and water.
* Step 6
Bring to a rolling boil, turn down to low simmer, add condiments, and extra 6chili powder, intermittently.
* Step 7
4 hours simmer, minimal. Stir often.
