Veg Momos
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a soft dough of maida flour, add little amount of oil, salt and little water
* Step 2
Now heat some oil in pan and add chopped vegetables, black pepper and salt and cook it only for 5-7 minutes
* Step 3
Once vegetables will cool then make small ball with stuffing and make momos of different shapes
* Step 4
Now in steamer put all momos and start steaming.or you can use idli stand also or any other utensils for steaming.once little colour change it's ready to eat. Serve with ketchup or any chutney
