Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mash boiled potatoes and fry in kadai add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder,salt and red chilli powder and mix it well, cook it for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Make a soft dough of wheat flour. Make small balls as needed.add spoonful of potatoes fill in the centre.

* Step 3

Seal the dough with help of fingers.now press it smooth from all the sides very carefully.

* Step 4

Heat the tawa and grease with ghee,then cook it well on medium flame.

* Step 5

Aaloo paratha is ready to serve with curd or butter
