Ingredient

1 cup

moong dal

1/4 cup

urad dal

1/2 tbs

salt

as needed

Oil

1/2 tbs

cumin powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal overnight then grind it in grinder add only little amount of water only needed for grind

* Step 2

Heat oil in pan and Now make small balls and fry it well.

* Step 3

Now put it in water and mix asafoetida in water

* Step 4

Now put some vada in bowl. Add salt, red chilli,green chutney, imli chutney,pomegranate and curd in it. Now dahi vada is ready to serve.
