Foccaccia bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add yeast in approximately 350 ml of warm water. Add a spoon of flour and keep for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Take maida in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast added water. Add some salt.
* Step 3
Mix the flour for 5 to 10 minutes. Add in a tbsp of oil and knead. The dough will be sticky and hard to manage initially but after kneading for 10 minutes it will be manageable. keep aside covered for 1 hour.
* Step 4
The dough will rise. Dip your fingertips in water and take the dough from one side and lift as high as possible and fold it in opposite side. Do this with other sides of the dough as well. Keep again covered for 30 minutes.
* Step 5
Repeat the above process every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
* Step 6
After the last proofing. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a baking tray. Add in the dough. Make insertions with fingertips all over. Dip your fingers in water whenever you work with the dough.
* Step 7
Decorate with tomato and coriander leaves. Mix in remaining oil with some water and pour all over the dough.
* Step 8
Sprinkle some chilli flakes and salt. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
* Step 9
Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the bread for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown on the top. Keep a close eye on it after 25 minutes.
* Step 10
Switch off oven and remove the bread after it cools down. Serve as you like. I served it with tea and jam..
