Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the rajma overnight and boil for 5 whistles in water.
* Step 2
Drain the water and blend the rajma into fine paste
* Step 5
Saute till ghee separates
* Step 6
Add the almond powder and blend well
* Step 7
Add the sugar khoya and cardamom powder
* Step 8
Cook till sugar dissolves and ghee oozes out
* Step 9
Transfer mixture into a greased plate and let cool
* Step 10
Cut into diamond shapes and serve..
