Cooking instructions
* Step 1
दूध को एक मोटी परत की कडाही मे डाले
* Step 2
इसे उबाल आने तक पूरी आंच पर पकाए
* Step 3
बाद में आंच धीमी कर दे । कडाही के किनारे साफ करते हुए धीमी आंच पर पकाते रहे जब तक मावा न बन जाए
* Step 4
मावे को ठंडा होने दे
* Step 5
ठंडा होने पर इसमे बुरा मिलाकर एक सार कर ले
* Step 6
इस मिश्रण के लड्डू बना ले
* Step 7
तैयार है मावे के लड्डू
