Mirchi tomato in malai

Ingredient

3 tablespoons

Fresh cream

1 tablespoon

Oil

as per taste

Salt

1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1 pinch

Hing

1 teaspoon

Paanch phoran

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai

* Step 2

Add paanchphoran. Let it crackle.

* Step 3

Add hing.

* Step 4

Add the chopped chillies and all dry masalas.

* Step 5

Cook a bit

* Step 6

Add tomatoes

* Step 7

Let cook for a few mins.

* Step 8

When tomatoes are cooked add malai.

* Step 9

Simmer for a minute or two.

* Step 10

Serve with chapattis
