Patiala kebabs

PATIALA KEBABS: Eid is a time for celebration and feasting, and kebabs are a delightful addition to the festive spread. No Eid celebration is complete without some sort of kebab-shami kebab, chapli kebab, seekh kebab, shish kebabs and so on.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add the ground beef, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, chilli flakes, garam masala, ½ teaspoon pepper powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, baking soda, 1 tablespoon cilantro. Mix well and rest 3 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat a grill pan with 2 tablespoon oil.

* Step 3

Make small size kebabs and shallow fry till cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper.

* Step 4

Heat 2 tablespoon oil fry the onion rings and tomato slices till soft.

* Step 5

Add the mango powder, chaat masala, pepper powder and mix well for 1 minute.

* Step 6

Add the kebabs, lemon juice, cilantro and mint and mix well gently. Cook for another 1 minute.

* Step 7

Serve with lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
