Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a colander place the liver and marinate it with garlic for 10 minutes, then wash properly and pat dry.
* Step 2
In heat oil in a wok and add tomatoes mix well and cook until soft.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Add green chillies and mix well.
* Step 5
Add the liver and mix well.
* Step 6
Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds; mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes until oil separates.
* Step 8
Add dried fenugreek leaves, ginger, green chillies, cilantro.
Serve hot.
